Footers

Footings are an important part of foundation construction. They are typically made of concrete with rebar reinforcement that has been poured into an excavated trench. The purpose of footings is to support the foundation and prevent settling. ... A footing is placed below the frost line and then the walls

Poured Walls

Poured concrete foundation walls are arguably stronger than cinder block foundation walls. Without joints, poured walls possess a greater lateral strength, which essentially means they have a greater ability to resist pressure presented by water and the soil from the outside.

Excavation

Excavators dig, move and grade the earth using heavy machinery for various construction projects. The most common jobs include trenching, grading and landscaping. Trenching includes installing wells, sewers, utilities, and foundational supports.

Grading

In addition to leveling out the ground to provide a sturdy foundation for construction sites, grading is also used to direct the flow of runoff water. When sites aren’t properly engineered, it can cause problems to a home or commercial building and its surrounding property. Issues like erosion, foundation damage, and basement flooding can all occur when properties aren’t graded to facilitate proper drainage.

“We underestimated how good our build would be because it was done so quickly. We are proudly on our 3rd home and 3rd Lacko wall.
